Microsoft Windows: Generation App
Microsoft challenged us to recruit developers to create apps on the fledgling Windows Phone and Windows 8 platforms. To jump-start this critical effort, we created Generation App, a social movement aimed to democratize the building of apps. I like to think of it as Match.com for developers to meet ideas.
Generation App connected people with ideas for apps with the coders who can build those apps on Windows 8. Further, the program gave developers the tools and resources to launch Windows Phone and Windows 8 apps into the Windows Store in 30 days.

Microsoft Lync: 25th Hour
Time is everything in business. What would you do if your team could find more?
Our job? To convince Presidents and Chief Executives in mid-sized enterprises that Microsoft Lync is the way to raise employee productivity.
Find Your 25th Hour shows CEOs how Microsoft Lync can give back time—time they’re currently losing by traveling to meetings and using ineffective communication tools.

Xbox Adaptive Controller
In an effort to elevate the conversation around the positive aspects of gaming and support the release of the new Xbox Adaptive Controller, we partnered with Microsoft and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
We knew gaming was a popular pastime of military personnel in the field. What we wanted to shine a light on was the mental and physical connection it can deliver on behalf of veterans with limited mobility at home or in the hospital, away from their comrades. We worked with filmmakers to help us develop content that was inspiring but not objectifying. This wasn't about applauding Xbox as much as it was about showing what happens when companies make their products more inclusive.
